a retreat for activist jews interested in studying the Torah of Nonviolence

at: The Shomer Shalom House, The Community of Living Traditions at Stony Point Center

Join other activist Jews and allies for a weekend of learning and celebration
* map the history of Jewish nonviolent social justice movements
* explore definitions of nonviolence
*celebrate Shabbat and the Torah of Nonviolence
*learn about the history of Jewish initiated boycott movements
*dedicate the new Shomer Shalom sanctuary at Stony Point Center
*strengthen ties to other activist circles committed to nonviolence
Cost of the weekend (Friday dinner-Sunday lunch) $70-$200 sliding scale.
